By booking this place, you agree to have read and follow the house rules:

• Check in after 4:00 PM AND Check out before 11:00 AM
• Minimum age to rent: 25
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed inside the house.
• Unregistered persons (visitors) are not allowed to stay overnight. Max occupancy is 6 adults and 2 children (under 12 years) due to local by-laws.
• No events, commercial photography or filming allowed without written permission.
• Vehicles must be parked in the driveway space. Please do not park under the carport or on the lawn.
• Keep the house broom clean and in the same condition as you found it. Please, no dishes/pots/cups in the dishwasher or sink.
• Turn off the barbecue and be sure to clean the grill immediately after use; it’s much more difficult to clean the next day.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
We respect guest privacy. For the safety of our guests and our property, we have 4 outdoor security cameras. Two facing the front yard/driveway, one facing the pool, and one facing the patio.

***Blocking or disconnecting the security cameras will violate the rental agreement***

PET RULES

• Only 1 pet per stay
• Pet Fee: $125 per stay
• Pets must be house-trained
• No pets on beds/furniture
• Pets must not be left unattended
• Guests must clean up after pets (yard + indoors)
• Excess cleaning/damage will result in additional charges

POOL RULES

• The pool, when available, is strictly for guest use only, not for visitors.
• The pool is heated to a maximum temperature of 86°F. The system is calibrated for comfort and efficiency. Any attempt to modify heater settings is considered property tampering. Guests are liable for the full cost of repairs (typically $500–$2,000+) if tampering causes a system lockout or mechanical failure.
• Children must always be under adult supervision in and around the pool.
• No Glassware: Use plastic or acrylic cups only in the pool area. Broken glass requires a full pool drain and professional cleaning at the guest's expense.
• No Diving: Please enter the pool feet-first.
• Please keep the pool covered when not in use and at checkout. This will retain heat, prevent water evaporation, and keep the pool clean. 
• No kayaks in the pool, or anything else that could damage the liner.
